The DealerTeam group took the time to come in and learn our entire organization, the teams, the process, the goals. They listened closely to our team and broke down what we were asking for and made it reality. We are a hungry company with big goals and big plans.

Not only do we now have a new system that has made it possible for our teams to work remotely, something we never would have been able to do a year ago, we also launched a Community for our dealers where they can access information they never had access to in the past

Great System

We have been with DealerTeam for about 6 years now and its been a very good system for our dealership. Our requirements were a little bespoke as we are physically located in Germany.

Most CRM providers on either side of the Atlantic did not want to even speak with us. However, DealerTeam rose to the challenge and delivered a great product. Support, updates and custom development requirements are handled swiftly and professionally.
